Longford Trials 9th June2009

Trials were run on a slow track at Longford on Tuesday, but we did see some promising runners.
Trials 1 & 2 were for 2YO's and a couple of nice runs came up including March Fire and Lovely Darts in Trial 1 and Avachar and Telestory in Trial 2.
Some of these are nominated for Devonport this Sunday and they should perform well.

Of the Maidens to trial, I Said and Fracasso both were impressive winning their heats.

Trial 6 was won by Master Innocent who looks to have come back in good form,beating outstanding sprinter Colonel Parker, who is on the comeback trail and Trial 8 was won by Wealthy Lad who is off to Sandown this Saturday to contest a 1300M Open Hcp. and on his current form will be in the race up to his ears.
