Trainer Leon Wells produced one of his best days out at the Tote Racing Centre on Monday with a winning treble with a couple of promising horses breaking their Maiden status and the third winning the Class 2 over 1400M in good style.

Some nice wagers were won on the second of Leon's winners, Kite Runner, part owned by TTC CEO Robert Biffin, TTC Chef Mike Lancaster, Mick McHarg, Colin Fitzpatrick, Brian Thomas Lynch and Reg Howarth.
Other impressive winners on the day were Lake Crescent, Esprit of Eve, Success Dossta and I'm Paddy.
Winning doubles were enjoyed by Dianne Parish and Brendon McCoull.

The Monday experiment seemed to work quite well with a better than anticipated crowd turning up for what was a glorious Spring day.
