The Carnival is over.......

Well last Wednesday was the pinnacle of our Summer Racing Carnival in Launceston, and Oh what a top day we had.

Rave reviews from many quarters, including Mainland and local media, Sponsors, interstate and local trainers, jockeys and the general public who attended this top sporting and social event.
All that aside now we must look forward to the next important stage of our racing season - that being the start of night racing at The Tote Racing Centre.

The TTC needs all participants to close ranks and support our aim to improve the local product going forward, so as we can sustain and grow our industry to a position where we can all benefit from the fruits of our labour.

The opening night will be April 15th, and plans are being put in place to give the night a huge lift, with many local and mainland guests seeking a spot on the night.

There is likely to be a set of trials on March 30th and then a full rehearsal in early April, prior to the first night meeting.

It is paramount that we all face the same direction and give this project our very best effort.
