Larry Dalco scores a win

Long time Launceston trainer Larry Dalco scored a win on Sunday with honest galloper Lamar Hall which he bred and races with wife Marion.
The 4YO has shown ability on a number of occasions and was well in the market on Sunday.
Later in the day a betting plunge on another of Dalco's runners in Buck went astray when he ran unplaced behind the smart Cool Royal. Backers of that horse received a bonus due to the heavy support for Buck pushing the price of Cool Royal out to a handsome $2.70.

Kelvin Sanderson had a day out on Sunday winning the first three races and showing locals that he still has the ability to mix it with the better riders.
Kelvin's wins were aboard 2YO Stormpatch for David Miller,Lamar Hall and Baby Doe for Terry Evans.

Mrs Doyle finally broke through for her second win after recording numerous placings for Seven Mile Beach trainer Mark Everett, the 6YO mare has now had 2 wins and 11 placings from 24 starts amassing $42385 in the process.

John Blacker's very handy mare, Avebury Masse was back in the winners circle, showing her liking for the Tote Racing Centre circuit. It was her fourth win at the venue and takes her earnings to well over $50,000.

Next meeting at Launceston will be on 15th
April under lights and promises to be a grand opening night - hope to see you all there.
